Job Summary :
The Portfolio Operations Manager will manage one or more functional areas within Portfolio Operations, including capital allocation, budget governance (capital and operating), capacity management, vendor performance governance, and contracts management. Reporting to the Portfolio Ops Manager and in collaboration with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager, this role involves overseeing critical operational processes and contributing to continuous improvement within a product-led organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Portfolio Operations Leadership :
Lead activities related to one or more functional areas within Portfolio Operations, including budgeting, capacity / resource management, and estimation processes.
Identify and understand scope of work, organize tasks, and develop delivery plans and approaches.
Oversee all aspects of assigned functional areas, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage conversations with leaders across the organization.
Requirements :
3–7 years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or related areas.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and SDLC life cycles.
