Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration and Analysis: Identify relevant data sources, collect structured and unstructured datasets, and clean and transform data to ensure quality and relevance.
- Model Development: Develop statistical and predictive models, implement algorithms, and run simulations to uncover actionable insights and solve complex problems.
- Data Mining and Optimization: Analyze data from company databases to drive optimization of product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
- Predictive Modeling: Use predictive models to improve customer experiences, revenue generation, and decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to understand needs, implement models, and monitor outcomes.
- Data-Driven Products: Create products and features that integrate seamlessly into business processes and workflows.
- Visualization and Reporting: Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and reports, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Ethical Data Use: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and data protection standards.

- Education: Master’s, Ph.D., or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, or C .
- Expertise in statistical and data mining techniques, including regression, random forest, boosting, and text mining.
- Experience with machine learning, AI, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Mathematical Abilities: Strong skills in mathematical computations, statistical analysis, and pattern recognition.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insights and strategies.
- Advanced experience in social network analysis and other emerging data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and implications of data usage in business.
