Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop scalable and efficient solution architectures to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms while enforcing best practices.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and challenges. Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive solution feasibility and execution. Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using technology. Lead modernization efforts, propose automation strategies, and drive integration to enhance efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, oversee emerging technology integration, and maintain roadmaps that support technical scalability. Address technical challenges and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations, data security standards, and organizational policies while mitigating risks related to implementation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 years of experience solving business problems using technology, data, and artificial intelligence.
- Agile Expertise: 5 years working in an agile environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Clarity PPM, JIRA, AgileCraft, ATIIM, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in the insurance industry , particularly Group Benefits.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to influence and engage teams.
- AI and automation experience (not mandatory but a plus).
