- Ownership: Align with business strategy and drive a portfolio of AI & Data initiatives that deliver key business outcomes.
- Definition: Articulate business problems, gather evidence from users, and clarify potential solutions with guiding principles and strategic insights.
- Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize the product roadmap across the AI&D portfolio, creating functional and non-functional requirements and user stories.
- Delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams and business unit product managers to ensure efficient execution in a scaled agile delivery framework.
- Communication: Act as the primary advocate for AI&D strategy and product capabilities with internal, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Outcomes & Metrics: Drive measurable business impact and report key metrics related to product effectiveness, utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Requirements Management: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development efforts align with strategic needs and deliver maximum value.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of industry experience in product management, business analysis, or product development.
- 2 years as a product owner/business analyst, managing roadmaps, writing product specifications, and overseeing agile processes.
- 2 years of experience with data and analytics products, cloud technologies, data governance, and AI.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience leading sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and agile product management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, asset management, or wealth management.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Knowledge of scaled agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Monday.com.
