What are the responsibilities and job description for the TOOLMAKER / INJECTION MOLDMAKER position at Burteck LLC?
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Looking for a skilled Toolmaker who is able to build and repair complex molds. This person should have experience in the Moldmaking Industry. Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
- Disassemble, debug, repair, and reassemble plastic injection molds using industry's best practices. Requires thorough knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold components and mechanisms, and strong mechanical inclination
- Operate tool room machinery including manual surface grinders and Bridgeport milling machines
- Use all inspection equipment including dial indicators, micrometers, depth gauges, gauge blocks, calipers, and shadowgraphs
- Must be able to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, etc.
- Work to .0002" tolerance and understand tolerance stacking
- Knowledge of CNC Milling and EDM is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
