What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager/Administrator position at Burton Creek Rural Clinic?
The Administrator will oversee the day to day operations of a busy rural healthcare clinic. Main responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of the clinic’s mission statement and strategic action plan;
- Business and fiscal management of the clinic including accounting, budgeting, credentialing, human resources, legal, internal controls, staffing, and timely reporting;
- Ensure clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies; and
- Promote the health and well-being of the community.
The Clinic Administrator reports to the governing board.
