Located in the Columbus metropolitan area, we have grown significantly to encompass 5.3 acres and over 88,000 sq. ft. of space. Our processes include a range of specialized coatings, and we are equipped with one of the largest Powder Coating batch processes in the region. We offer unique services such as pick-up and delivery, making us a rare all-in-one solution provider in the industry. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Powder Coating Line Operator located in Columbus, OH. The Powder Coating Line Operator will be responsible for the daily operation of powder coating machines, ensuring quality control throughout the coating process, and adhering to safety protocols. Daily tasks include setting up and operating powder coating equipment, media blasting, performing routine maintenance on equipment, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, and communicating with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Amount of previous experience dictates starting wage offered. Canidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, and pick-up a minimum of 50lbs. Good attendance and a sense of urgency to complete projects is mandatory.
