Compensation range: $15.38-16.38.00 USD/hourly. Hours are 7am-3:30 pm.

How you will make a positive impact:

• Perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems
• Follow standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness
• Perform equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance
• Use tools, ladders and other equipment to service machinery and/or facility
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
• Log equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Additional duties as assigned

The Value you bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years manufacturing maintenance experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and write the English language
• Demonstrated lean techniques
• Ability to work as part of a team, with behavior that upholds company values and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Promotion of safety in the workplace while adhering to the safety standards of the company
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. frequently
• Ability to walk and/or stand at a minimum of 8 hours per shift
