What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Maintenance Technician position at BURTON POOLS AND SPAS?
Daily responsibilities will include:
· Delivering extraordinary customer service with every interaction. Listen attentively, communicating effectively, and providing tailored solutions to exceed our customers' expectations.
· Demonstrating a strong aptitude for mechanical and technical tasks. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, from resolving heating problems to conquering electrical issues. While prior experience in hot tub maintenance is a plus, we also welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a knack for problem-solving. All training will be provided.
· Performing routine maintenance tasks, including water testing, filter cleaning, and equipment inspections, ensuring our customers' hot tubs are in pristine condition.
· Using solid understanding of water chemistry principles, including pH balance, sanitizer levels, and water treatment methods. Your knowledge will ensure that every hot tub maintains its pristine condition.
· Additionally, completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management. They may also be responsible for completing start-up and shut-downs of hot tubs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
