Job Description
NOTE : This role is a contract-to-hire position with an in-office working schedule from Monday through Friday. Initially, you will be employed as a W2 employee of Burwood Group. During this period, you will work directly with our healthcare partner. The goal is to transition to a permanent role directly with our partner based on performance, skills, and experience, ensuring a seamless integration into the client's team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and strategic direction including annual planning, budgeting, status reporting, executive presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and drive the vision for IT, define and implement policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Lead multiple complex projects and technology initiatives and apply innovative solutions to infrastructure problems
- Builds effective stakeholder relationships by understanding business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering cost-effective IT services.
- Enhances IT resilience by implementing strategies that increase reliability, tolerability, and disaster recovery preparedness.
- Coordinate activities with corporate IT teams to maintain infrastructure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure critical systems are highly available, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the IT organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals across all operations and service management functions.

Compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including work location, skillset, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000 to $200,000 annually.
