Personal Property Pack Out / Cleaning Technician
We are a property restoration company seeking a dedicated Personal Property Pack Out / Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform field work requiring travel to various job sites (transportation provided from the warehouse to the job site daily).
- Work in a clean, well-lit, state-of-the-art cleaning facility.
- Pack and clean personal property following property restoration protocols.
- Operate an iPhone-based inventory system (training provided).
- Operate forklifts (training and certification provided).
- Drive up to a 24-ft box truck (no CDL required; experience a plus).
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience required.
- Experience with contents packing and moving is a plus.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours based on job requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Full benefits package available after 90 days, including vacation and PTO.
