Lube Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our customers' vehicles. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and fluid level checks to ensure vehicle efficiency
• Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and pressure checks
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various automotive repairs
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and provide recommendations for service
• Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle
• Ensure compliance with dealership standards for quality and safety
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive repair is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools
• Familiarity with oil change procedures and tire service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the automotive industry
• A valid driver's license is required

Pay: $16.76 - $18.28 per hour
