Top-tier international law firm seeks hybrid Billing Coordinator. The role is based in San Francisco office but offers flexibility to work remotely most days. Coordinator should be able to hit the ground running with the preparation of client invoices and collection activities for assigned clients in a timely manner. Coordinator will also review Proformas for misallocated time and ensure time entries are in accordance with client policy. Ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of legal billing experience in a law firm, but legal billing experience is not required. Ideally, Coordinator will have experience with software : MS Office (with emphasis on Word and Excel), Elite 3E and Electronic Billing Systems.
