Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products face-to-face, via email, and by phone, we’d like to meet you.

Busch Fireplace Grills and Fireplace is seeking a dynamic and immediate addition to our team for the role of Inside Marketing and Sales Representative. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for following up on provided leads, ensuring exemplary post-sale customer service through thank you notes, texts, and calls.

The ideal candidate will not only excel in face-to-face interactions with in-store customers but also possess a strong proficiency in social media. Responsibilities include managing email marketing campaigns, engaging on platforms such as Facebook, and liaising with clients across various social media channels.

We are in search of a customer service-oriented individual who is eager to learn, has a keen interest in discovering new products, and shares our passion for outdoor living. Our store specializes in outdoor furniture, grills, and fireplaces, and we are excited to find someone who thrives in this environment.

We will provide comprehensive training to the selected individual across our three main categories: furniture, grills, and fireplaces. As an outdoor store, we maintain a casual dress code, allowing employees to wear dress shorts or blue jeans paired with a company-provided polo shirt featuring our logo. This position is hourly-based and includes the opportunity to earn monthly commissions. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including vacation time, paid holidays, and health insurance.

Ideal candidates would have a background in interior design or building experience, though these are not required. However, possessing sales experience is essential.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also mandatory.

• Keep their zone up in the store by stocking and cleaning.
• Read about all products and be knowledgeable about things we sell.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Design Outdoor Kitchens
• Design Outdoor Spaces with Furniture
• Assist with marketing and social media platforms

Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Phone skills with excellent customer service
• Team player
