Busch Vacuum Solutions has an immediate direct-hire opportunity open for a Regional Sales Manager for Washington state! This position is up to 75% travel. Residency in the Seattle-Tacoma area is highly preferred, residency in Washington state is required.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales activities within their assigned geographical territory. This position is responsible for developing and delivering annual sales growth of Busch products and services in compliance with the strategic plan, as outlined by the US Sales Director.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned sales territory to maintain existing business levels, develop new business for products and service(s), and provide for annual sales growth of Busch products and services.
- Responsible for developing, managing, and training of the sales channels.
- Provide for annual sales growth of Busch products and services.
- Work with all internal departments in support of sales opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with end users and OEM accounts, both individual and in support of the sales channels.
- Maintain account profiles for specified Top Tier accounts.
- Maintain an electronic customer database.
- Develop a yearly target account list for the assigned sales territory.
- Maintain company records and files.
- Maintain, in good working order and physical condition, a company vehicle and other company equipment.
- Utilize expense accounts with prudent judgment.
- A majority of the Regional Sales Manager's time is dedicated to planning, preparing, and conducting face-to-face customer visits.
