JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining Quartz, Solid Surface, and company-supplied sinks and assigning them to jobs for production.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain accurate inventory database for Quartz, Solid Surface, and company- supplied sinks.
- Assisting other departments as directed by the Inventory Manager.
- Assign specific material to individual orders for programming and production.
- Scan inventory to ensure location accuracy.
- Enter new shipments of materials into the database.
- Record usable excess material from cut jobs as outfall into the database.
- Perform physical cycle counts of all designs on a regular basis.
- Scanning of all full sheet and outfall of quartz material.
- Weekly cycle counts of all stainless steel and porcelain sinks
- Bi-monthly cycle counts of solid surface material and Corian sinks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely and accurate manner. Follow all company safety policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· HS graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to write and read instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and inventory database systems.
MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to discern different color and shading variations.
EQUIPMENT USED:
- Must be able to use a computer to send/receive email message, post information to a database or spreadsheet, and perform basic work processing and/or data entry.
- Computer programs used include: Moraware, Slabsmith, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Tools used include barcode scanners and barcode labels.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Employees may be exposed to odors, fumes, gases, smoke, and dust. Workers may be required to work in congested areas with high noise levels. Work may be performed in proximity to power tools and equipment and electricity.
