Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal business groups by providing financial insights and operational support
- Develop and maintain scalable financial processes to enhance business operations
- Prepare financial forecasting reports and corporate financial statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets and financial planning activities
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead ERP implementations and upgrades (Epicor)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Progressive experience in finance, with a focus on building and maturing financial processes and systems
- Proven track record of working in small companies, developing reporting and analytics from the ground up
- Experience with Deltek is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Required to be onsite daily
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
