Responsibilities of the Full time Salesperson roll include but not limited to:
- Greet and interact with customers developing lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
- Ensuring sales strategies are successfully implemented.
- Must have flooring knowledge and guide customers through every phase of their flooring projects, from selection to installation
- Schedule appointments to measure customers’ homes/businesses
- Work independently, collaboratively, establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Basic math and measuring skills, straight line drawings
- Basic computer skills, ability to use our inventory system, and track order status
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Attend work on time and without unexcused absences
- Help maintain and assist with our showroom displays including pricing
Schedule: Office Hours: M-S (with a weekly day off)
Work Location: In person; in our showroom, in homes and/or businesses
Salary:
· Base pay while training
· Commission pays up to $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Columbia, MO 65201: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, plan to relocate (if needed) before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor's (Preferred)
