Position Summary
The Middle Office Service Support Specialist is responsible for completing various middle office operations functions and ensuring that there is a seamless and integrated flow of information between Trust Administration, Trust Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Investments. The Level I position has limited decision-making authority while the Level II position has routine decision-making authority.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete account opening/closing procedures.
- Assist Wealth Advisory Personnel in the client onboarding process.
- Ensure client access to online wealth management programs; providing on-going service support to the client.
- Review and send client documents & notifications on accounts.
- Perform ongoing account maintenance & updates.
- Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.
- Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
- Maintain assets in safekeeping vault & integrity of client vault files.
- Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.
Knowledge Of
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The trust operating system
- Accounting and data processing systems, procedures and controls
- Multi-task and work with little supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Take more than normal care to prevent loss to the organization
- Perform duties under frequent time pressures
- Associate’s degree or High School diploma with 2 or more years related work experience required.
- Related operations or trust administration experience preferred.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
