Key Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Proven track record of trying at least 5 cases to a jury verdict.
- Licensed to practice in federal court in Texas.
- Must have been licensed for at least 7 years.
- Ability to take and defend depositions effectively.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
