Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Austin, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling their own docket of cases.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of active legal practice, with experience in litigation fields required
- Experience in construction litigation is a plus, but not necessary
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of Texas
