📍 Location: Lebanon, TN (In-Person, Monday–Friday)
💰 Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 10% Bonus Eligibility

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Optimize Fleet Performance: Benchmark customer locations to maximize asset utilization and profitability.
🔹 Strategic Route Planning: Work with dispatch teams to plan routes that ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining FMCSA compliance.
🔹 Driver Recruitment & Management: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing management of truckload drivers.
🔹 Compliance & Administration: Oversee driver and equipment expirations to ensure full FMCSA compliance.
🔹 Operational Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize backhauls, and track key performance metrics.
🔹 Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with CSRs, administrators, and drivers to ensure seamless operations and accurate payroll and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of experience in truckload operations (management/supervisory level)
✔️ Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and compliance requirements
✔️ Financial acumen with the ability to track and report expenses
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
✔️ Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
