Position Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and organized Materials Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing the flow and tracking of materials, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting our production operations to meet our high standards of vehicle customization. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, this may be the position for you!
Shift & Pay:
- Shift: First shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:

Receive Materials: Physically unload materials, find suitable storage, and record transactions in our ERP system (Great Plains).

Warehouse Management: Organize and control storage locations, maintain the chain of custody, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Pick and Kit Materials: Group materials by job for easy transfer to points of use.

Deliver Kits: Physically transport materials to installation points within the facility.

Document Inventory Transactions: Update the M1000 BOM Sheet to communicate the status of materials, including order status and PO details.

Warehouse Orderliness: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse space to protect stored materials as valuable company assets.

Support Other Business Needs: Flexibly assist with additional tasks as required by the business.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support for Materials Coordinator 2: Assist with responsibilities as needed, provided all primary tasks are current and complete.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; familiarity with Great Plains is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and transporting materials.
