Position: Production Team Member
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We're Looking For:

Self-starters who are eager to learn and grow.

Individuals with mechanical skills or a passion for fixing things (even if it’s just tinkering with your own car!).

Experience in any of the following is a plus (but not required):

Painting (Certification a plus but not necessary)

Carpentry (Using power and hand tools like saws, drills, hammers)

Plumbing
-
Metal Fabrication/Welding (Welding experience is required)

Auto-Electrical Knowledge

HVAC Skills (Additional pay for licensed HVAC operators)

Forklift Operation

Physical Requirements:
Be prepared for a dynamic, active workday that may involve:

Climbing steps or ladders

Lifting up to 40 lbs (sometimes overhead)

Bending, squatting, kneeling, and pushing

Walking and standing for extended periods
