Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Wilmington, OH
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This position involves overseeing the movement, storage, and organization of inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Automotive experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and returns management.

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to load, unload, and move inventory.

• Ensure positive daily interactions with contractors to maintain effective working relationships.

• Handle general warehouse and inventory functions with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Pull and pack orders as assigned to meet operational demands.

• Assist with dispatch operations as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and removing debris.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with automotive experience strongly preferred.

• Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain one.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
