Our amazing restaurant family in search of long lost support member

Bushel and a Peck Kitchen & Bar in Clarksville is in search of a rockstar staff member to become a part of our fantastic family and add to the awesomeness of our support team. We need someone who is high energy and able to work under pressure.  We are looking for someone with stamina and experience or a strong desire to learn, who is looking for a great work environment, where they can make more money and get more meaning from their job.  We do big things 363 days a year, even on Sunday and holidays, so flexibility is a must.  Luckily we don’t have late hours, so you won’t have to worry about turning into a pumpkin.  You need to be super organized, willing to go with the flow, and able to handle multiple people asking you to do multiple things at the same time and not be scared of getting a little dirty.

• Someone who has excellent communication skills, you are the link between the guests, the servers, and the kitchen so it is important to make sure you can get your point across clearly and concisely.

Qualities That Are Important To Our Guests:

• Greeting every guest with a warm welcome. Be polite and personable, and prepared to answer questions about the restaurant and the specials we are offering 
• Keeping the dining room and tables sparkling clean.  You’ll help with cleaning and resetting tables, including taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the appropriate places to be washed
• Helping the servers and bartenders bring food to the tables, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs
• Come to work ready to work. Our guests do not care that we had a bad week, when you are on the floor you should be “stage ready”
• Working as part of our family by bringing ideas to help make The Bridge better and better- who knew it was possible?

This is just the start.  We are constantly coming up with new projects and ideas and will look for your help and input.  We’ll train you for multiple positions and you’ll have great opportunities to learn and grow.  Every day is different and fun.
