We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that they receive top-notch service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments using cash register systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred; nightclub experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and culinary terminology.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A passion for sales and an eagerness to upsell menu items when appropriate.
