What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager (AGM) - fast casual brand position at Bushfire Kitchen?
Bushfire Kitchen is looking for an Assistant General Manager in our Temecula Location.
In this position you will be responsible for the following:
- Having knowledge of the menu and allergens to efficiently take orders and offer suggestions
- Knowledge of how to operate a point of sale system, expediting orders
- Assisting guests in bussing their tables, sanitizing between customers and providing refills/togo boxes upon request
- Managing working shifts and daily operations; punch ins/outs, breaks, dishes, food preparation, and guest service
- Understand/learn/do BOH operations & each position; be able to step into any of those positions when the business needs
- Maintain a clean restaurant inside and out; daily housekeeping and deep cleaning, organization
- Accountability for yourself and your team members to adhere and uphold the policies, procedures and standards of the Bushfire Kitchen brand
- Assist the General Manager in managerial duties when necessary
- Take on GM responsibilities when GM is off
- Any other tasks the GM may ask to assist with

- Hourly rate includes shared tips, typically you can expect to earn between an additional $4.50-$6.50 an hour on top of your hourly pay. Making your total rate of pay between $23.50-$26.50.
