Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and employee orientation.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are displayed effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
