```Duties```
- Assemble pre cut wood into trusses according to specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed for assembly processes
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
```Skills```
- Proficiency in assembling and building various components in a production goal environment
- Ability to perform physical work in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use a read and use a tape measure
- Must be able to work over time and weekends. - Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
