Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

In a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Collaborating with the healthcare team, you will deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect vital information from new residents for admission purposes
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature readings
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores according to medical protocols
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid LPN State license
- Good standing with State Registry
