We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee who is ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact. The Assistant Manager Trainee position is an entry level role that offers the opportunity to work with nationally recognized brands while building strong relationships with customers in the local Rochester market. What You’ll Do As An Assistant Manager Trainee:
- Promote Client Brands – Represent and market our clients’ products and services to potential customers, ensuring maximum brand exposure in assigned territories.

- Achieve Sales Goals – Utilize strategic sales and direct marketing techniques to exceed performance metrics while delivering top-tier service.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required
