Job Description :
MiBank is an exciting organization to join. It is innovative and progressive and uses digital technology to reach out to the under-served population in Papua New Guinea. This position is a key member of the executive team within the organization, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Provide mentoring and leadership to staff throughout the various business units across the Bank.
- Actively assist the CEO in designing and implementing a comprehensive business plan for MiBank based on its stated mission and vision.
- Collect and analyze data on the lending and savings operations of individual branches and also of the overall Bank on a regular basis and submit regular analytical reports to the CEO.
