Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a full time onsite direct hire Associate Director of IT Business Systems. The Associate Director of IT Business Systems will be responsible for, but not limited to : planning, implementing, managing, administering, and supporting the core business applications enterprise wide; defining strategy and architecture for enterprise data storage and standards; and supporting global applications and systems in an FDA regulatory (life science) environment for all areas of the business including Discovery, Research and Development, General & Administration, Technical Operations, and Commercial.
To be considered you must have :
- The ideal candidate will have FDA Regulatory experience in life sciences validating IT Business Systems and Applications (on prem and cloud) and creating enterprise policies and SOPs in the areas of Drug Development, Quality / GxP, Regulatory, and Clinical.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and hardware, including installation, validation, and support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills throughout all levels of the organization as well as the FDA.
- Successful experience working for small to mid sized life sciences organizations is strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to be onsite daily in Boston with limited work from home to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
