Our client in Providence, RI is seeking a full time direct hire Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to : identifying and pursuing target clients; building and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective clients; preparing and executing a net new business development and account penetration strategy; reporting to include current and future business / pipeline; working with Marketing to develop needed Marketing materials and keeping website content current and relevant; proactively marketing and selling services; networking and being active in industry events and the ISPE; and closely partnering with the business and Engineering experts in Pre Sales and for team selling opportunities.
To be considered, you must have :
- 7 - 10 years of Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing in Biotech / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing concerning Design and Build Engineering and Construction
- Proven successful experience with proactive selling, solution selling, pipeline building and management, cold calling, relationship building and management, and networking
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Money motivated
- Willingness / ability to be onsite in RI as well at client sites in New England, NY, NJ, PA, and DE, as well as other areas as business expands
- Active in the local ISPE Chapter
