What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Project Engineer position at Business And Technology Solutions, LLC?
Our client with multiple sites within MA and RI is seeking a Civil Project Engineer. The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following : design of site and infrastructure projects, including site design, grading, stormwater management, utility design, field reconnaissance, sustainable / green infrastructure design, report preparation, and construction administration; performing and / or preparing civil engineering field work; review and / or preparation of civil engineering reports, progress reports, contract documents, and other project documents; working with clients and client management; proposal development; project management; and business development. Work will be a mix of field, in office, and remote.
To be considered, you must have :
- 5 - 8 years of progressively responsible Civil Engineering experience, including a proven history of delivering on projects
- Proficiency in preparing Civil Engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or higher
- Willingness and ability to perform field work including occasional heavy lifting and physical work associated with field inspections, data collection, and project monitoring
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed registered PE in MA or have the ability and willingness to obtain PE within 12 months
