Our client in Raynham, MA is seeking a full time direct hire Revit Designer for their Piping systems. The Revit Designer will : use Revit to create BIM models for construction projects and integrate piping design elements which include HVAC, plumbing, and process piping; perform clash detection using Revit and resolve conflicts; collaborate and communicate with other project members; and develop comprehensive piping documentation. You will also be responsible for keeping abreast of industry standards, codes, and technologies, and help to continuously improve processes.
To be considered, you must have :
- Experience using Revit for piping system design
- Knowledge of piping systems, standards, codes, and best practices
- Ability to coordinate piping design elements within a BIM environment and ensuring clash free designs
- Knowledge of Revit clash detection tools and techniques
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Any experience with Sysque is a plus
- Willing / able to be onsite daily in Raynham with occasional travel to field sites as well
