Our client in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a full time onsite Civil / Structural Engineering Operational Manager / PE who will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following : Oversight and quality control of all engineering activities within the organization as an active member of the senior leadership team; using Engineering tools and performing analysis and design of structures, performing site investigations and field measurements, and developing construction documents; preparing proposals and writing reports; developing and executing training programs; and leadership and mentoring of junior Engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for continuous improvement and learning and be equally effective working autonomously as well as part of a team.To be considered, you must have : Active Professional Engineer LicenseExperience with preparing proposals, writing reports, and reviewing engineering drawings / documentsWillingness and ability to be onsite in office dailyExperience training, mentoring and developing junior engineersSingle story and mid rise structural design experienceExperience with a combination of Revit, RISA 3D, TEDDS, RAM Steel, RAM Advanced, ENERCALC, and ExcelSolid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and proactive mindset and approach
