Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into long-term customers for our LEGO and brick-based solutions. You'll tailor solutions to meet client needs, negotiate contracts, and cultivate lasting relationships that support our market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Take ownership of the complete sales process from initial outreach and lead qualification through product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Inbound Lead Utilization: Capitalize on inbound interest generated through marketing initiatives and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify and engage potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile. Continuously build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using both inbound leads and proactive prospecting techniques.
- Solution Presentation & Demonstration: Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address the unique challenges of each prospect, effectively communicating the value of our LEGO and brick-based solutions.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial contracts. Overcome objections, tailor proposals, and facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals through proactive outbound prospecting and effective inbound lead management
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and opportunities
- The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by balancing inbound interest with targeted outbound efforts to build rapport and drive successful deal closures.
