Role Overview :
As an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into long-term customers for our LEGO and brick-based solutions. You'll tailor solutions to meet client needs, negotiate contracts, and cultivate lasting relationships that support our market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Sales Management : Take ownership of the complete sales process from initial outreach and lead qualification through product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Inbound Lead Utilization : Capitalize on inbound interest generated through marketing initiatives and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development : Identify and engage potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile. Continuously build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using both inbound leads and proactive prospecting techniques.
- Solution Presentation & Demonstration : Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address the unique challenges of each prospect, effectively communicating the value of our LEGO and brick-based solutions.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial contracts. Overcome objections, tailor proposals, and facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
