Role Overview :

As a Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by managing top-of-the-funnel sales activities. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting : Identify potential customers who align with our buyer persona and are likely to benefit from our LEGO and brick-based solutions.
  • Lead Qualification : Research and evaluate leads to determine their potential fit and readiness for our offerings.
  • Outreach : Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and gather information about their needs and challenges.
  • Meeting Scheduling : Book qualified meetings for our sales team and prepare them with relevant prospect information.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead status in our CRM system.

Qualifications :

  • 1 Year in direct demand generation
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and sales tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
