BCT has a client in DFW seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead complex projects & programs from original concept to final Salesforce Implementation using PMO guidelines and procedures. This will be a 6-month contract working onsite flex in Dallas.
CONTRACT PAY: $110-120 hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead enterprise-focused projects from original concept through final implementation utilizing established Project Management Organization guidelines & procedures
- Expedite process to analyze cost, determine scope, identify benefits & outline allocation.
- Identify the most appropriate delivery approach for any given project
- Utilize a variety of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile)
- Manage a team through all phases from feasibility, planning & requirements gathering plus analyze, design, development, test and deployment phases of the project
- Prepare project work plans, provides cost & time estimates for long-term staffing demands to ensure project success
- Create deployment & production plans in partnership with application support groups to ensure the transition of project activities into support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred, strategic management, Business or a related field AND/OR 7 years related experience in business project management, with a specialty in Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus
- Salesforce integration experience & lead experience required
- Seven plus years' experience in Salesforce Cloud Integration & experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills with finesse and white glove service
