Our Houston-based client is looking for a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Analytics Specialist to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of either working onsite in Houston or remotely, with an initial 2–3-month contract, and the potential for extension into a long-term position (6-12 months).

CONTRACT PAY: Up to $70/hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage ServiceNow's predictive analytics capabilities to analyze historical sales data and forecast inventory distribution needs across depots.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure predictive models align with inventory planning and logistics strategies.
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and technical teams to integrate predictive models into the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform data cleansing, preparation, and analysis to ensure the accuracy and quality of historical sales data, driving actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of predictive models into ServiceNow workflows, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations based on findings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Predictive Analytics or similar data modeling/analytics within the ServiceNow environment.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and inventory planning use cases.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows for automating business processes.
- ServiceNow development experience for customizations and integrations is a plus.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
