We’ve teamed up with a client in the wireless industry in search of a Senior VP of Sales to lead and coach regional sales and partners in developing prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales throughout the North America sales region.
SALARY COMP: Up to $230,000 depending on candidate experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect for new clients, build a cohesive team, pre and post sales function, and Partner sales
- Direct responsibility for set of key accounts and managing growth in line with revenue targets
- Develop strong pipeline and manage throughout the business
- Oversee pipeline reviews, territory planning and forecasting
- Participation in trade show events, workshops, and seminars
- Drive all RFI’s & RFQ’s from request to closure
- Re-establish company salesforce and take direct management responsibility for the sales personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years of sales leadership experience, preferably selling telecom solutions to companies within the operator space
Experience working in an international environment and possesses an understanding of different cultural issues
- Expert at coaching individuals and extended teams through the sales cycle
- Understanding of telecom technology, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and repeater systems
- Must be prepared to travel on a frequent basis mainly within North America
- Proven experience of building and managing high performance people/teams with a reputation for being a role model in people management and operational excellence
