Education / Certification Requirements : BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems or Related Technical Degree or 10 years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.
Specific Duties
This position will provide the ServiceNow Platform Administration services including but not limited to :
- Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
- Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification / remediation.
- Manage Instance Security, User / Group Access / Access Control Lists.
- Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances.
- Resolve help desk / support tickets for reported incidents or defects.
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
