As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for Business Connections IT. This includes selling custom website development, IT consulting, business automation solutions, and cybersecurity services. You must be a self-starter who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold outreach, social media, and local business engagement.
- Sales & Closing Deals: Present IT services, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-termJ relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Marketing Support: Utilize company-provided marketing materials, case studies, and online platforms to attract clients.
- Reporting: Track leads, sales progress, and commission earnings.

- Subscription-Based Services: Earn 10-15% recurring commission for the first 12 months.
