Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success.
- Help prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to maintain project profitability.
- Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to meet project demands.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in managing change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Support quality control efforts by monitoring work progress and conducting inspections.
- Participate in project meetings and provide reports on job status and challenges.

Requirements:Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction or project management assistance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in both office and field environments as required.
- Ability to visit job sites and conduct inspections.
