This position requires managing crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct all on-site electrical work, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Supervise and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with other trades and subcontractors to optimize workflow.
- Enforce compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during project execution.
- Manage procurement of materials and tools, ensuring availability for project needs.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, engineers, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, workforce schedules, and job site conditions.
