Advisor Business Analysis

Are you a highly motivated professional with a passion for business analysis and system enhancements? We are seeking an Advisor to represent Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) by partnering with Enterprise (TIS) to drive end-to-end requirements gathering for prioritized system changes and enhancements.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to prepare for user acceptance testing.
• Conduct regression testing for CIS Systems related to CC Ops changes.
• Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and Customer Care teams.
• Develop and distribute communications to stakeholders outlining system enhancement impacts.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Manage multiple priorities while successfully executing assigned tasks.
• Utilize problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering.

• A University degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience in business or systems analysis, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of TIS systems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of Customer Care Operations and business needs.
• Experience with technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, consensus-building, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

• CBAP Certification or other recognized business analysis training.

We offer a Hybrid Work Model, allowing employees to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays. Flexible schedules, including compressed workweeks, may also be available depending on role requirements.

• Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Light lifting (up to 20 lbs), repetitive motion, sitting for extended periods, typing, visual acuity for screen-based tasks.
• Mental Requirements: Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, follow instructions, and communicate effectively via phone and written documentation.
