Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to management by handling tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering calls, emails, and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Document Management: Review and provide feedback on file templates and other documents.
- Inventory: Use the SPS system to review and report on inventory.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Project Assistance: Assist with projects, research, and data collection as requested by management.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
