As an Account Manager Trainee, You Will:
- Meet with customers to schedule customer appointments, close sales, and set up service enrollment ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date
- Ensure company protocols, policies, and goals are upheld while representing our clients with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate professionally, intelligently, and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our services and products
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our clients by attending daily meetings alongside other Account Manager Trainees to effectively educate consumers on deals or sales promotions
- Be on the front lines answering questions, elucidating concerns, and finding effective solutions to customer issues to close sales
- Propose new solutions, ideas, and approaches to current processes and the Account Manager Trainee department as a whole to increase customer retainment and bolster sales revenue
Our Account Manager Trainee Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Prior experience in entry-level customer service, sales, account management, client-facing, or business development is preferred
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- People person with a superior, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
- Remarkable ability to be helpful, go above and beyond, and take care of customers
- Exceptional organizational skills, detailed-oriented and thorough
- Ability to stay self-motivated and positive
- Proven track record of building rapport with customers and up selling products

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
